Ad Posting Regulations

Legal Compliance: All listed items and services must fully comply with applicable laws and regulations of Sri Lanka. Any listing found to violate legal requirements will be removed without notice.

Geographical Relevance: Listings must relate exclusively to items or services that are available for sale or provision within the territorial boundaries of Sri Lanka.

Clarity and Accuracy: Advertisements must describe the item or service clearly and precisely. Vague, misleading, or ambiguous descriptions are not permitted.

Single Listing Policy: Each advertisement must represent only one item or service. Listings containing multiple items under a single advertisement are strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Goods: The sale of counterfeit, imitation, or replica goods that infringe on intellectual property or trademark rights is strictly forbidden.

Duplicate Listings: Duplicate advertisements are not allowed. If an advertisement is removed, it may not be reposted for a minimum period of 48 hours.

Accurate Contact Information: Only valid and functional phone numbers and email addresses may be used. Listings containing false or unreachable contact details will be removed.

Pricing Standards: Prices must be reasonable, competitive, and aligned with current market values. Unrealistic or misleading pricing may result in removal.

Language Standards: Advertisements must not include offensive, vulgar, abusive, or discriminatory language of any kind.

Image Guidelines: All images must be appropriate, high-quality, and accurately represent the item or service being offered.

URL Usage: URLs may only be included when they are directly relevant to the product or service and provide genuine value to users.

Animal Welfare: Any content that promotes, depicts, or encourages cruelty or harm to animals is strictly prohibited.

Restricted Products: Advertisements related to alcohol, tobacco, or similar restricted products are not permitted on this platform.
